Peter Feddersen

With over 20 years in various roles in the Financial Services industry I have the knowledge, experience, and qualifications to guide you through home ownership and beyond. I have always had an interest in property and am passionate about helping others purchase their first, second or third home and invest for their future. Whilst in the process of making one of the most significant financial and emotional decision you’re ever likely to make, I am there to help guide, educate and support you along the way so you can make an informed decision suited to your specific needs when it comes to financing and structuring your home loan/s.

Coming from a banking background I am excited by the opportunity to work outside of the big banks in a family owned and operated business that is Park Lane Advice Group. Outside of work I am married with 2 gorgeous girls, enjoy spending quality time with family and friends, horse racing (part owner), following my football team Geelong and walking my chocolate Labrador Henry.

Nimi Peters

Having spent 14 years in the Banking & Finance industry, I come to Parklane with a wealth of experience primarily in Relationship banking, though in recent years I have specialised and developed a strong passion working in Property Investments for a portfolio of clients. My experience with property investments over the years not only gave me the desire to help clients enter the real-estate market but to assist them with the buying process, therefore I steered my career into Mortgage Broking. I believe forming strong relationships with clients is key in order to provide a tailored and efficient customer experience, whether that be assisting when purchasing or your refinancing requirements.

As we are constantly observing the market for the best loan products and making sure our clients receive the most competitive rates, I strive to provide a seamless experience for you that will remove any worry from the buying process and make this experience something you’d like to do again. On a personal note, I am married (husband Jon) with 3 very energetic boys, that kept us on our toes but wouldn’t have it any other way. Our weekends are very much sport focused but when its time to relax we like to do this by spending quality time with our friends and family and getting down to our local beach Half Moon Bay.
